Every streamer active on NClip receives a “Golden Ticket” that they can raffle within their community. Each Golden Ticket entitles the holder to participate in the final drawing in October 2025 on NClip’s official Twitch channel.
In the final livestream, viewers can unlock additional Golden Tickets through mini-games; these are raffled live among the viewers currently present.
At the end of the stream, one winner will be drawn from all valid final tickets and will receive a cash prize of 1.000 €.
The organizer of the giveaway or raffle (“Giveaway”) is either NClip GmbH itself or the user (creator, influencer) who hosts the Giveaway. Creators who use NClip to host giveaways act as independent organizers, and NClip serves as the platform provider.
Social media platforms (including, but not limited to, Twitch, YouTube, Instagram, X/Twitter, Discord, and similar services) are neither organizers nor sponsors of the Giveaway and are not involved in its administration or the selection of winners. The Giveaway is in no way connected with these platforms and is neither sponsored, endorsed, nor administered by them. Questions, complaints, or claims related to the Giveaway must be directed exclusively to NClip or the organizing user, not to the platforms mentioned.
Participation is open to individuals aged 18 years or older or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence.
Employees, affiliates, and direct relatives of NClip or the organizing Creator are not eligible to participate.
Participation may be limited to specific countries or regions as stated in the Giveaway announcement.
Participants must have an active NClip account or be a verified member of the Creator’s community on NClip.
Participants must follow the specific instructions provided in the Giveaway description. This may include completing certain Quests, tasks, or actions (e.g., following social media accounts, liking posts, or submitting content) as outlined by the Creator.
Unless otherwise stated, each participant is entitled to one entry per Giveaway. Multiple entries may result in disqualification.
Entries generated by bots, scripts, or any automated systems are not allowed. Attempts to manipulate the Giveaway may lead to disqualification.
The start and end dates for the Giveaway are specified in the individual Giveaway description. Entries received outside of this period will not be eligible for participation.
The prizes will be described in the Giveaway announcement, including their nature, quantity, and approximate value. The reward section on the user's website is considered the giveaway announcement.
Prizes will be delivered via the method and timeframe specified in the Giveaway announcement. If no timeframe is provided, the prize will be delivered within 30 days of the winner's announcement.
Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternatives will be offered unless stated otherwise.
Winners will be selected randomly or according to the specific criteria outlined in the Giveaway description (e.g., points earned, task completion, etc.).
Winners will be notified via email, in-app notifications, or direct messages on the NClip platform.
If a winner does not respond within 7 days of being notified, the Organizer reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
Winners may be publicly announced by the Creator on the NClip platform or other relevant communication channels, subject to the privacy settings of the participant.
Participants who violate these Conditions, use unfair means (e.g., bot participation), or provide false information may be disqualified.

NClip and the Creator reserve the right to exclude participants at their discretion if any fraudulent, harmful, or disruptive behavior is detected.
Personal data of participants will be collected, processed, and stored for the purpose of managing the Giveaway. This may include contact details for prize delivery and participation verification. NClip will handle user data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Where a Creator hosts the Giveaway, the Creator may also have access to the participant's data as required to manage the Giveaway.
NClip is not liable for the fulfillment, accuracy, or delivery of prizes offered by independent Creators. For Giveaways hosted by NClip, NClip will ensure that prizes are delivered as described. Prizes are awarded “as is” without any warranties or guarantees, express or implied. NClip and the Creator are not responsible for delays or disruptions caused by unforeseen events beyond their control (e.g., natural disasters, technical malfunctions, or platform outages).
NClip or the Creator reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances, technical errors, or events beyond its control. Participants will be informed of such changes where possible.
These Conditions of Participation are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes related to the Giveaway shall be resolved in the competent courts of Cologne, Germany, unless otherwise required by local consumer protection laws.
